Genc has been a legal associate of international organizations such as UNDP, IFC, EU, World Bank, GIZ, USAID in projects related to economic development, anti-corruption, Cybercrime etc.

He has trained the students of the School of Magistrates for more than 10 years on topics related to Fiscal Administration, Electronic documents, electronic signature and has provided training to Public Servants in relation to the Manual of Administrative Procedure Code.
